Mauro Walter was a student of Giuseppe Ungaretti University of Rome, and friend. One reason valuable to learn more about the poet Ungaretti and man, as an individual but also as a cosmopolitan cultural character. Born in Alexandria, Ungaretti meets and attend the major characters of the early twentieth century Paris, with which binds fruitful friendship.
